What is Tea Tree Productions turnaround time for media?
Do I get MLS Ready Photos with my order?
We deliver MLS ready and High Resolution media on all orders. Our software allows you to easily download all media of different sizes automatically.
How do I pay for the order?
We generally collect payment after services have been rendered. Upon delivery, we will send an email with all the steps to not only download your media but to also conveniently pay via a secure credit card link.
Do I get to pick the music for my video or reel?
Unfortunately due to music copyright laws and fines, we choose your listing video music from a royalty free website we subscribe to. Reels we usually pick a trending song from Instagram or can provide you a song-less video and when you upload the video to instagram you can select your own song.
If it's cloudy out do you still shoot?
We always make sure our photo edits have blue skies but unfortunately with video there is no easy way to alter the sky color in editing. We can either shoot as is or reschedule the video shoot.
